It's not like I can just have depression...oh no, life would not allow that.

Depression is accompanied by ridiculous amounts of sadness that isn't connected to a damn thing....it just IS.
And headaches.
And some kind of weird short-term memory loss.
And insomnia.
And exhaustion.
And panic attacks (also unconnected to any damn thing)

I hate you, depression. With all my heart and soul.

And anger (often connected to feeling abandoned by those we've isolated ourselves from)
