It makes me sick

and GRRRRRRRRR at all the incompetent "doctors" / "mental health workers" out there who are paid to help us but instead HARM

If it was a loved one of theirs who was depressed they wouldn't be so callous

(That is assuming they are even capable of the emotion of love which is quite a massive assumption in some cases )

(This is not about anyone on PC...)

Sorry, Fuzzybear. You know I have been seriously harmed on 2 separate occasions by 2 different 'Professionals'. That is why I trust my MH issues to a GP who does me well on my very complex physical side and to the support I get here. The latter has helped a great deal more than most of the Psychologist's sessions I have sat through.

Always remember we are all here for you, at any time. We care

Dave.

'Doctors...make you sick.'
Unfortunately, that happens too often.
Possible trigger:

My pdoc is about to retire, and, as he is one of those who actually tries to care about his overabundance of patients, I worry about the choice the insensate bureaucracy will make for me.

Add my GRRR to yours, dear Fuzzybear.

The stigma is bad. I felt judged by the last medical doctor I saw. It hurts. Hang in there.

I am angry at doctors also...I don't like them feeling superior to me...but part of that problem is inside of me...I learned early in my family....they made fun of my mentally ill uncle...if you were mentally ill you were outside the fam....so when I got mentally sick I felt inside that I WAS INFERIOR...I think people are really scared of MENTAL ILLNESS
