I stay in my room for much of the time. I do exercise somewhat and try to eat healthy. I go on the treadmill and also bike sometimes. But I've been sitting in my room doing nothing lately. I take meds but I don't think they even work I've been taking them for months now. Any advice for me?

Talk to your doctor a different med might give you more energy if you don't think this one is working. Try to get out around other people... biking sounds good, are you at the gym for treadmill? I try to go to a diner to eat just so I'm not alone all day.

Sometimes I have to take myself by the collar and throw myself out of the door.
If I don't go out every day, my mood goes ever lower. If I have nowhere else to go I go to a support group, or even just into the shopping centre to sit and do puzzles while people are around me. I'm safer when I'm out too. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
