I'm still having a rough time getting through the day. Today the knee pain is back, I was napping again and my knee woke me up throbbing in pain.

I also haven't heard back from my friend Ken in quite a while now, so I am officially bonafide worried about him. He wasn't doing too well our last few emails. I hope he is ok.

i totally understand what your going through about being worried about a friend. I just talked to my friend shea this morning at 330, that was the first time i 'talked' with him. I still haven't got to talk to him on the phone yet. i am so worried about him even though he told me hes fine i don't know if he is. well i hope everything is okay with your friend.

AND I'm not sleeping again tonight.

That doesn't happen too often nowadays though.
