I can't focus on one thing. I started getting dressed and remembered I needed to wash dishes so started that then remembered I needed to brush my teeth so went to do that then put my toothbrush down and let the dog out then started getting dressed again and started sending emails and now I'm on here! I need to do some yoga.
Anyway, how's everyone's day going? Its sunny where I am so get yo butts outside. ![]() |

Hello, Ellie_jo! I have focus problems that occasionally present in ways similar to what you describe. As I suffer from both depression and anxiety, I wonder if the movement from one activity to the next has something to do with anxiety.
