I feel about right for my age, get told I look younger, when I was depressed I felt way older and so tired.

I volunteer with the elderly and sometimes the very old (80s, 90s, 100+) can surprise me with their zest for life. People can get to that age where they think "What the heck, let's just go for it" - what a delight to see.
