Depression has wiped out all my interests. I feel so depressed that I have nothing to do. But even if I did, I doubt I'd have the energy to do it. What a sad and boring life

I'm the same way. Used to love doing so many things.
I took my motorcycle out yesterday and forgot how much I love it. Maybe you could give that a whirl? Sent from my SM-G920T using Tapatalk |

This lack of interest problem just feeds the cycle of depression! I used to enjoy racquetball, but I am so out of shape now after three years of depression, that I wouldn't have the stamina to last even a minute-and I'm not exaggerating. You do make a good point though Silly, I should at least try something that I was interested in in the past. Something where I won't get winded. Used to love photography, maybe I should force myself to try it again.

Or something totally new. Even for it just gives you hope that the desire to be happy is still there

I just find it so difficult to motivate myself into doing anything! The little voice in my head always says "why bother?"
