These pills really work. I have been telling my therapist and pdoc for years that I don't want them. But I started to take them this time when my son told me he was on them and they really helped. I feel so much better. Medically is another thing but I seem to be able to cope with them. Please people listen to your pdoc when he or she thinks you need them. Don't be a pain in the *** like I was.

Medication really helped me years ago. (I refused all till I was mid 30's)...still does but
be aware that this is a really good time to begin developing new habits/practices that will enhance the effect of the medication, and work in a positive way to stay healthy in mind. I found that I got used to the 'new normal' after a bit, and it no longer felt as effective as it did initially...pay attention to what makes you feel good when you are feeling better...
& hey, Isn't it nice when something Works!

I'm happy for you that they are working. They help me. I would be in bed shape without them.
