This is one of those days where getting out of bed seemed pointless and hard. Sometimes I can't sleep without a sleep-aid, but the trade off is that getting up is even harder than usual.

Oh well. I am out of bed. I WILL shower and go to my yoga class. Hopefully the day will improve. At least the sun is shining.

Good for you! You got up and got moving! The struggle is real, but once you take those first steps, you're in your way! Here's to a decent Friday...

The day did get better. Yoga was good; it always makes me feel better, and my DIL brought my baby granddaughter for a visit. Then we had dinner out on the patio, which was nice, too. I probably drank more than I should. I hope I sleep ok tonight.
