I find that I do better after the sun has gone down and before it comes up the next day. Daytime is difficult for me, especially work days.

Mornings work best for me. I get more depressed as the day goes on.

I am a night owl. I hate mornings! I like to stay up late and sleep in.

I tend to prefer night time. When I get up in the morning, I think that terrible things can possibly happen. When it's night time, if nothing bad happened during the day, then nothing much could go wrong before going to bed.

I'm definitely not a morning person... Or a day person come to think of it. I'm beginning to think I'm nocturnal! However my mood can be terrible any time of day.. Night is when i actually feel awake and human though

Morning for me. I enjoy breakfast and coffee before starting the daily s**t-show.

i have more energy in the morning and can sometimes be more positive. however, my favorite time of day is when i can lay down and sleep at night.

I tend to feel better in the evening, or as the day goes on.
