I don't know how many here are expected to "survive" without even having an option of taking meds.

I've been dxd with major depression and severe anxiety etc....

I'm allergic to all meds

I have 10 minutes to explain my shyt to a doctor..

Hospital is not an option.

A GP years ago who actually knew me (a bit) said I was the most allergic patient he had ever had ..

The Skeezyks could take them again if he chose. I've had a couple of problems along the way. (I got the Lamictal rash.) But, for the most part, I haven't had a problem. I guess there is some comfort in knowing I could. I'm sorry this is not even a possibility for you, Fuzzy...

Wait. You're allergic to most meds?

I wonder if you're allergic to the excipients in the actual capsules/tablets. For example, a lot of OTC pills are actually filled with lactose, so anyone who's lactose intolerant will have serious issues with a lot of OTC pills.

Can you do an allergy test to see what you're specifically allergic to? Maybe you can figure out what's going on and then see if you can possibly find a med that doesn't have the allergen in it?

I don't know about medication shots, but have you looked into those? They may not have the excipients in them that you're allergic to.

There is a new therapy that involves focussed magnetics (TMr)

I am n line for it but caNNOT SPARE THE TIME (or notice my capslock is on) from my job search (it would involve daily hospital visits for 4 weeks. Which means if I found work they would have to accommodate me leaving in the middle of the day and, human rights legislation notwithstanding, that would never fly)

If I had an answer for you would more than willingly let you know otherwise

Hi Fuzzy
About alergies, I have several alergies to antibiotics. In order to be able to take the best antibiotic for my osteomyelitis I was in intensive care for a des/sensitization and it turned out well. I can take such antibiotic now, after I did the des/sensitization, maybe it can be done in your case
