When I make what I think is a good decision, it comes back and bites me in the butt more often than not. . This is not usually because of "poor decision making skills" although a couple of seemingly minor sub optimal decisions I made have had huge and life altering consequences. Isn't life a ***** sometimes

Difficulty with making decisions

What are decision skills? I am asking these because you may need just to focus more on just one of them.
Often, I don't make wrong decisions but I do not make any decision. I get stuck, immobile

I'm not completely sure, what do you think?

Lately I've felt ......

Well, I suppose the obvious thing is to try to break them down into manageable steps particularly when feeling overwhelmed.

But when multiple conflicting factors come into play, which few understand ... PTSD, health issues etc... It's hard not to "freeze"

Idk. Maybe I'm "just weird"

I am terrible with decisions...I become OCD when faced with seemingly equal choices. You want to see an insane person, watch me decide which item to buy when there's several of the same thing to choose from. My latest purchase was a duffel bag...I spent at least a half hour closely examining four of the exact same model to make sure I chose correctly between the misplaced stitch, the weird fold, the uneven (to my eye) carry handle, and the missing store tag.
