I've been feeling really sad these past few days but I don't know why because everything is going really good. I have a great job, I'm losing a ton of weight, I just went on a great vacation I have my nephews and I just adopted a puppy 3 days ago. I just feel really sad. I don't usually get depressed unless it's the winter ( I have SAD) or when I'm PMSing. I feel guilty that I'm not doing enough for my puppy and I'm stressed over really stupid things like I'm worried I won't find Crystal Pepsi before it sells out. I go to groups and thearpy and it works I just don't get why I am so sad. I have severe PMDD that I developed about 8 months after getting my period (12 years ago). It got so bad that I ended up in the hospital everytime I was PMSing. I ended up going on Seasnale 6 years ago and I noticed a major personality change. I've only been in the hospital 3 times In the past 9 years. I think I messed up my hormones somehow. I think Ive had PCOS for the past 12 years. My periods have never been consitant and My hair is falling out in strands and I've developed hair in really werid places like on my stomach and back. I wonder if my hormones are out of whack. I just feel like I shouldn't feel depressed because I have no reason to.

I completely understand the confusion, and feel in somewhat the same boat. I also have PCOS as well and my weight has fluctuated a lot. Things seem to be going so well, so why am I feeling crappy? It is hard not to judge myself for feeling badly too, and that seems to make things worse. It definitely sounds like you should check into those symptoms you mentioned. I am sorry you aren't feeling great, and I hope you can start to feel better soon.
