Things have been so down lately -- even stories from family members. I'm letting it all get to me, plus the things I deal with on top of it all. I feel like I'm getting bad again when I was doing somewhat okay. I don't expect anyone to understand what I'm going through, I could just use some support and hugs please. Much love and good energy

And believe this: you're not alone. I've been there and so have most of us I would bet.

Life is a roller coaster, the ride will always be turbulent. It's about enjoying when things are going good and getting stronger from when they're not.
