I think he is saying that the words that come out of your mouth can be either
supportive or damaging....with your important others....choose wisely.....
he is big on making choices...

there seems to be a lot of resistance to glasser and CHOICE theory...
one thing that choice theory is not talking about... is brain inflammation causing
a lot of unhappiness...
