Welcome to the forums, yes I have been there and worse, the only thing I can offer for help is to get some mental health professional advice if this has carried on more than 3 weeks, you can start by asking your GP for a referral, also before that have a physical to rule out any physical things that may be making you feel this way.
I wish you lots of luck with this and feel free always to come here and talk, or go to "chat". DE In giving advice seek to help, not please your friend SOLON __________________ |

Yes I have and sometimes still do.
I agree with Darkeyes on the professional help. Hope you feel better soon. Take Care, Kris If you think you have totally gave up, you haven't, because you are here! __________________ If you think you have totally givin' up- you haven't, because you are here!

Yes, now, actually. Guess the only solution to it, specifically, is to go out anyway. But help for the depression's needed... as they've said.
Hope you feel better soon. __________________ I'm not into South Park, I just thought the generator made cute avis. |
