I did everything I was supposed to do today: my self care, routine, prayer, reading, medication , supplements, walking, biking, shopping, laundry, meeting.

Why do I feel so horrible?

Maybe you did too much. Getting tired can leave you feeling bad. I hope you feel better today.

Mental illness is weird and doesn't really follow the logic you would expect...

...but you still can be proud of yourself You may not feel like you've accomplished something, but you did, and that's important

Thank you, I shouldn't have felt bad because I did so much however people were acting in ways that weren't so good.
Did you know codependency is on the narcissism spectrum?

I'm sorry about your day. You mentioned that people didn't act so good. Do you want to talk about it? I don't know if I can help, but I can listen.
Thanks for this!

Sry about your day too Leo. Being around jerks can really put a damper on the day.

I spend the first few hours each day in exercise & mediations just to prepare myself for the eventual difficult person. And some days, just like you Leo, I can do all the right things and still end up with a problem not of my own making...

Chin up Leo, it will get better and it will be okay!
