I did everything I was supposed to do today: my self care, routine, prayer, reading, medication , supplements, walking, biking, shopping, laundry, meeting.
Why do I feel so horrible? |

Maybe you did too much. Getting tired can leave you feeling bad. I hope you feel better today.

Mental illness is weird and doesn't really follow the logic you would expect...
...but you still can be proud of yourself ![]() ![]() |

Thank you, I shouldn't have felt bad because I did so much however people were acting in ways that weren't so good. Did you know codependency is on the narcissism spectrum? |

I'm sorry about your day. You mentioned that people didn't act so good. Do you want to talk about it? I don't know if I can help, but I can listen.

Sry about your day too Leo. Being around jerks can really put a damper on the day.
I spend the first few hours each day in exercise & mediations just to prepare myself for the eventual difficult person. And some days, just like you Leo, I can do all the right things and still end up with a problem not of my own making... Chin up Leo, it will get better and it will be okay! |
