I just don't know

Why does it sometimes seem like people have to be admitted to hospital to get any substantive "help" over here, and even then, it's not the sort of "help" I would want.. (Ever). No thank you

At times, it seems like the system (mh system) over here is insane

I'm so grateful I had the sense not to take the "advice" of a doctor (IRL) in a situation... Utter bs (maybe a one minute conversation.. Fk him..)

I think the mental health system everywhere is messed up. The people that end up getting help or better is because they are lucky enough to work with people who really care, and make an honest effort to help.
