I was thinking of the people here I know personally (at least a bit, sometimes through PMs, including you) and people who continue on each day despite their pain and depression. People who strive to grow in love and respect for others and self (despite the stigma, anxiety, past abusers, negative internal voices ..despite for some, wishing they were no longer here). All this, takes strength

I'm not that strong, though I fall apart easily and I don't even have to take medications or stuff like that, like most people here do.

It's ok to fall apart sometimes, probably many of us do - that doesn't equate to "not strong"

I can't take meds, I used to take them though, for too long, in my case (in my opinion)
