So, I have not really had any tiredness issues at all--ever. I took a Magnesium supplement for 2 days (including this morning), and about 6:30p, I could hardly keep my eyes open!! Very, very unusual for me.
Can this happen?? I am also BPD with mostly depressive symptoms. I have also added Vitamin D and a Probiotic (but I have taken these offten in the past with no issues) IS it the magnesium??? This SUCKS

Anything is possible. I take my magnesium at night as I was told that it can help with sleep, and something about the absorption. Maybe try taking it at night and see if that doesn't help.
