Hiding, covering up the pain
Or
Telling the wrong people..
Possible trigger:

There's that old saying I never much liked as it became, I suppose, a cliche
"You're only as sick as your secrets"

But to listen to those (IRL) who try to shame us..
Is not wise

I have much I wish I could share but I don't want to hurt or trigger anyone..

I get triggered often, (I rarely watch tv or listen to the radio, for example). I suppose that's inevitable because of having had so many abusers in my life, parents who didn't care, medical threats..

I don't know where I'm going with this

I hope for all who are in despair that tomorrow is better.

It's 5 am here

I doubt very much if I'll get the "help" IRL I need, I don't think I care any more

It's not as if I haven't tried, there are only so many times it's worth it, literally talking to

Although, a wall likely wouldn't have harmed me as much as some I've spoken to IRL

(This is not about anyone on PC)

Fuzzy I think you an d I may have more in common than we realise. Please feel free to PM me - I think we could have a really good talk.

Hi Fuzzy
Maybe, you could start sharing some of the stuff. Perhaps it will help, I don't know.
I am sending you a big hug
