Hi everyone. If you have not heard already the Anxiety Chat as a standalone is not going to be hosted by me on Friday night.

Last week we combined both Depression and Anxiety into one group at 9PM EDT on Thursday and went over an article that stated 85% of people with Depression also displayed symptoms of Anxiety, so they are closely related and often occur together.

The format works for many people so you are invited to attend the combined group chat every Thursday at 9PM EDT. The posts will be posted in the Depression Support chat section for convenience.

The topic this week is "strategies for overcoming depression" which you can find the article here. Strategies for Overcoming Depression | Psych Central

Hope to see you there.

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
