I was doing really well recently. I was making that really scary thing called progress. I had taken the reins on my life, and decided that things were going to change for the better.

The last 24 hours have been complete hell.

My MPD has gone completely whacko and out of sync. No-one is communicating at all, or properly. There are rumours flying around about things.

We are not good, we are not helpful, we are not nice. We lost him, we failed.

It's so much easier to let go, to just let it all happen. The feelings can run freely now, after being so cold, for so long. The lack of emotions and feeling have gone to far. Letting it all drain away, it's the only way to feel anything. Finding those old scars and re-living the memories of happieness and calm. It is all that matters.

We have control, we have control of something now. We can let it happen, we can let it not happen. We will not be a prisoner again here. It cannot happen, it will not happen. The rush... it is all that matters.

Find a way to escape

Why does he hate us so much. Why does he always suppress us, shut us out, make us "calm" which is NOT true !

HE is the one who is not calm, he needs us like we need him. We cannot go away we cannot hide, we cannot be ourselves. THIS IS A LIE.

He cannot survive without us, but he cannot survive with us either. He could not have survived at all had we not been here, had we not taken him and turned him into what we are.

HE still refuses to accept us for who we really are. He feels threatened. We have some control back. He needs a release, we have given it to him. How else can he feel anything

Still he shouts at us though. Still he despises us. Still he despises himself.

He does not need anyones help. We have the tools neeed to make him fine, to make him feel better. It's dangerous, but it works. No help is needed, not by anyone. He is ours

Maybe that scary progress thing will return to you. Hang in there, ACQPL.

We want to hold on, but it feels like the handholds are running out.

It is lonely, cold and dark. People care, but it is often impossible to feel it.

I'm exhausted of holding on. Is it ever going to be worth it, for those fleeting moments of that feeling called "happy". Not felt that for so long.
