I, just this past Wednesday, told my Psychiatrist that my "normal" is being moderately depressed and then frequently I drop into severe depression (this is based on depression score). I guess I feel kind of hopeless that that will ever change.

It's just my normal...

It's not suppose to be but for now, it is. Maybe your doctor can help you work through this and eventually it won't be your norm.
