The last few days the intensity of my suicial thoughts had died down to a much more manageable level, it's been a relief.

But of course it couldn't last.

So now it is back to obsessing and planning.

I had two chances to be honest last week but I couldn't/wouldn't say it. So now I am stuck with this still. And it is too much.

Current meds: 100mg Wellbutrin; 200mg Lamictal; 400mg Seroquel at night; Xanax 1mg/PRN; 100mg/PRN Trazodone at night for insomnia
Diagnosed in May 2016
