Goodnight.....

I no longer wish to play this game of life

I'll be here to offer support but hopefully I'll remember not to start my own threads.

As a shrink IRL informed me, there is no point.

I wish I could cheer you up Fuzzy! You know make PC such a special place. We all love you very much. And your threads are the very best. Some are very wise, others say so much even though you have said so little.

Thanks Myst, I wish I could take meds, I suppose some can get better without them but I've been trying for so long (I'm allergic to all of them)
4 years of severe debilitating anxiety and depression... allergic to all meds so wtf? This carousel is truly insane

I was just thinking there wasn't much "point" in asking for support as I was informed by "professionals" IRL

I have severe environmental allergies. Since you are allergic to all the meds, have you tried seeing an allergist? Maybe an allergy med will help your depression? I take an allergy pill called Xyzal. It puts me to sleep at night and I can't go off it or my allergies are so severe.

Thanks, I have severe environmental allergies as well, mostly causing severe eczema grrr. I haven't heard of that pill, unless it's called something else in the uk, I will investigate

Ps I was prescribed a strong antihistamine for years, it seemed to help somewhat
(This was before these latest additional allergies )
