Woke up afraid and crying. Sad and frustrated. I guess I am going to try to put on a happy face and find a way to get rid of the thoughts that are in my head.

I hope everyone has a good day.

My best successes at getting rid of thoughts come when I find ways to replace them or to at least distract me away from them.
