How do you deal with them?

Things have been better for me the last couple of weeks, but there are still those triggers that I can't seem to avoid. I got hit by them tonight unexpectedly and I'm not coping well with it.

I need to find a way to cope with day to day triggers. How do you manage?

One thing I learned during my hospitalization 2 weeks ago is the technique of deep breathing.

Current meds: 100mg Wellbutrin; 200mg Lamictal; 400mg Seroquel at night; Xanax 1mg/PRN; 100mg/PRN Trazodone at night for insomnia
Diagnosed in May 2016
