How do you deal with them?
Things have been better for me the last couple of weeks, but there are still those triggers that I can't seem to avoid. I got hit by them tonight unexpectedly and I'm not coping well with it. I need to find a way to cope with day to day triggers. How do you manage? |

I understand triggers. I have had some lately. Prayer helps me some. Love and hugs to you.
