So many times I read how it takes a lot of tries to find the med that works

I send hugs to anyone else who, like me, has a body which will not tolerate meds, and a mind which "requires" them ....

I have no idea when or if this **** will change.

Papa bear was telling me about a "memorial" section on a non mh board he frequents occasionally... not surprisingly given my history and **** I "sometimes" wish I was one of those who had gone...

RIP David Bowie and others..
