Well last week in Depression Anxiety chat we were able to cover the problems with trust issues. People wanted to deal this week with ways to cope with trust issues and build trust.

Please join us at Thursday at 9PM EST to continue the discussions on this article 10 Signs You Have Trust Issues and How to Begin Healing | NLP Discoveries

Quote:
Have you ever found yourself trusting people that turn out to be NOT trustworthy?
Do you not dare to open up and trust other people?

Both of these are signs of problems with trust. This week in Anxiety-Depression Support Chat (Thursday 9PM-10PM EST) we are going to explore issues of trust based on the following article: 10 Signs You Have Trust Issues and How to Begin Healing | NLP Discoveries

Hope to see you there.

well we ended up doing open chat on last week. Lots of people were facing challenges. So we do the topic from last week on this week

One of the thing that makes me depressed is thinking about the new year we are quickly approaching and trying not get all stressed out about the new year. This article discusses the new year in a new way. We can be compassionate with ourselves. We can find a way to empathize with ourselves and not get stuck in self pity.
7 Self-Compassionate Practices and Habits for the New Year | World of Psychology

So with that article as the basis of discussion, we will have the Depression Anxiety chat this week at 9PM EST in the chatroom that will open up on Thursday at 8:45-8:50 called Depression Anxiety Support Chat. Please feel free to join us to watch and or participate.
