I'm working on returning my sleeping cycle from waking up afternoon to waking up around the morning.
Yesterday I slept from 12AM-4:30AM, then 4:30PM-8:50PM, then 2:00AM-6:00AM.
Starting to feel the feelings of hopelessness again.
There are other contributors such as specific friends whom I feel dislike me or not like me enough to treat me well.
I'm going to continue my little adventure in restoring my sleep cycle by sleeping for a bit.

Make sure to sleep well, not too less and not too much. 7-9 hours is the best amount to fight depression!

Sleep disorder is a misery. I believe that depression and sleep disorder kind-of bounce off each other in a vicious cycle. I wish you the best.

Sleep disorders can bring a sane person to the edge of madness , very easily , I take my sleeping pills about 1:30 AM any sooner and I don't Sleep at all , this way I get a few hours. Restoring your sleep cycle is a good thing, the most restorative sleep a person gets Is before 10PM so when you get a schedule back make sure to go to bed early. When you get your sleep schedule set, all the other things might look better too. Sleep deprivation affects your whole body and mind.

One good way to reset your circadian rhythm is to force yourself to stay awake a whole night and day. Then get to bed at a reasonable time the next night, say 10 and if you wake up, don't get up. Stay in bed and try to go back to sleep. Get up at 6 or 8 or whatever is good for you. Keep to the same hours and you will probably develop the habit after a few days. It is ok to take a sleeping pill, just make sure you observe the hours whether sleepy or not. This is a good way, but doesn't work for everyone.

If you are under a doctor's care be sure to follow his instructions.

Thanks for the advice
Today I made a plan to sleep at 2AM and wake up at around 10AM.
I unsurprisingly woke up at 4-5AM, and good thing I got a sleeping pill for such cases, so I used a 1/4 pill to get back to sleep and woke up successfully. A little tired but it will pass, I'm sure of it!
I also got a job today so it will be easier to keep my sleep cycle scheduled!
