I am going downhill again. Low moments are happening more often and last more time now. Suicidal ideas visit me every day now, sometimes more than once a day.
I have to go back to the psychiatrist. I need to find a new one given a change in my health insurance (again!). But at least I got a good family doctor this time, so she is going to ease the process to get a new psychiatrist.
I signed off social media, as well, for the second time.
Last time, when I was so low, I signed off. I came back to social media later (recently) but it is not helping. So, signing off again. I do not think about whether I will come back or not. It does not matter, but it is not working now, so, I signed off.
OK, I just wanted to share this with you

It looks like you're pretty active. Cutting away from social media can be a good thing. Whatever helps you and makes you feel better. You have us, as well

I am worried because it is difficult for me to trust doctors but I must do something

Oh Clara...I'm so sorry. I wish there was something I could do to take this away from you...the universe is an unjust place indeed.

I hope your climb out is as speedy and efficient as possible....

hugs to you.

I know, Fuzzy. Sometimes, they bring too much pain and zero respect. And the problem is that we pay the price of their wrong doing

I believe social media can really make us feel much worse about ourselves. I know how you feel about that. All the best to you
