I’ve been told I look tired and I’ve been told I look sickly.
I wonder if depression can make you look like that. My depression hasn’t been as bad, I don’t think. Yet people have been saying these comments. First one was a worker at neurofeedback, who said I looked tired. I had to lie and say I was tired, so it wouldn’t be awkward. Second one was my older sister, she said she noticed I look sickly. I don’t really feel like I look sickly. I dunno it’s weird.

I have been told that too, but I'm pretty pale. Is this a recent thing for you? Your sister knows you better than other people, can she elaborate? Have you been eating ok?

I'd have to ask her, what she means. I've been eating fine. Actually been gaining weight. Probably from the medication.
