Been a long time since I felt like trying ... home alone so I put on my fav GG concert ... on the big screen ... volume at 75 ... I sang out loud ... I yelled ... and I cried ....

I enjoyed the emotional release ... I may (probabily will) sleep better tonight ... I have one source of joy left in my life ... and tonight was it ...

I am at the lowest amount of
meds in my blood than at any time in the last four years ... do I believe it matters ... damn right I do ...

I hope this means it is getting better ...

I hope your night brings some joy to you as well ... good nite ... Tigger .
