Hello everyone,

I've really started to slow down lately and it's taking a toll on my schoolwork. I took a whole day to answer a couple of questions for my final exams, and I'm having to plan out 2-3 separate days just to do another exam. I can't keep doing this, but I just keep getting distracted and I feel like I can't work any faster. I'm just getting worse and worse lately, and I don't know how to get out of it. I've talked to my T about it already though. She recommended medication, and some mental activities. I just wish that there was a solution that didn't involve meds because I'm almost 100% positive that my parents won't support that decision. What do you guys do to stay active and productive?

One opinion only: Medications might help in the long run, but adjusting to meds during your final exams could be an additional stress you don't need at this time.

Do you think you could get through this set of exams at your current pace of work?

Yes, I've got a plan to finish this set of exams. But it isn't practical long term. Hopefully I'll get fully adjusted to the medication over spring break.
