this is not something I have dealt with regularly only once ten years ago , so I am abit shocked to be experiencing it again as circumstances then were very different. anyway my h not been v nice to me clearly doesn't understand an my kids need me an I let my friend down ,so all in all need to get my act together,help please if can

 Have you been taking your meds regularly? For how long have you had this problem? Perhaps it's just a difficult period you're having.. maybe talk with your doctor about this if you see one?Big hugs

I don't think you have let anyone down. You are clearly having a hard time right now. I think you really need to try to reach out to your cc and get some support, crisis team if needs be. If you can't make the call yourself ask h to.

It doesn't surprise me that it appears that the cc is finally listening to you I'm sorry h isn't being kind... please reach out for the help irl that they are hopefully organising for you... real, effective treatment which you deserve. You aren't letting anyone down  With much respect to you (But not so much to the n.h.s )

Depression is so hard. It comes and goes....attacks at any moment. It's so difficult for us to manage. Right now, you are #1 and you need to look out for you. Please don't feel like you are letting anyone down. Focus on doing the right thing FOR YOU! {{{{{HUGS}}}}}

yes they want my cc to assess me tomorrow an refer me if she think need ,she due to come out at 3 but left message for her to call so can try get her come earlier x

hi everyone thought I would give you an update, im up! well kind of my sofa is my new bed ,the doctor's came and refused to see me in my bed ,an watched as I struggled to make it downstairs without collapsing! ,so I kinda stayed there, basically still on daily visits looking at antidepressant meds and full health check seems to be the short term plan,an I had to agree no more misdemeanors! still can't do anything just going for a pee is exaushsting ! feel bloody useless.
