I don't know what to do to get rid of all this anger, hatred, and negative thoughts out of my head....it is overwhelming me and every aspect of my life...can't think about anything but bad things...my head hurts so bad from this and it is extremely hard to concentrate and stay on task...anyone else go through this and how did you get some relief??

I'm sorry you feel this way Have you tried to find some distractions? Maybe watching some TV or go out for a walk?

I usually cry when practicing mindfulness, but often if I can stick to it, the feelings calm down in about 10 minutes.
Sending hugs
