I decided I wanted to lose weight, so I started fasting every day until evening. I have limited myself to water and decaffeinated coffee. In the evening I ride my exercise bike and drink some gatorade and things for energy. Then I try to eat a healthy meal.

Surprisingly the fasting helps immensely with depression. I haven't felt depressed since I started. I might have lost a few pounds, but I can't tell for certain.

I hope this might help somebody else. I also hope I continue to feel better. Depression has really been a drag on me for many many years.
Thanks for this!
