I've been having a really hard time with my depression the last few weeks and I don't know what's wrong with me today, but I just feel like crying. I don't know what to do cause I'm at work but trying to hold back tears it's just not good. And I'm supposed to be on the phone all day I don't know what to do.

Sorry you feel that way. I know that feeling well. You have to wait to get home to cry because of obligations. If you need someone to talk to, I'm always open.

Not to be the bearer of bad news, but the change of season is a very bad patch for many people , is it possible that you are just feeling it more due to a life situation , I kind of equate the seasonal changes with people that have a cold or flu feel worse at night, could this be it ? ,most people are familiar with SAD going into winter ,but researchers have found that SAD has a lesser known cousin at this time of the year , they have also said that one of the seasonal changes is present in everyone but many people fail to notice it unless they are dealing with something else. So it's possible "what's wrong with me" could be what's right , and your just picking up on it , it is believed that all people react to the seasons but the depression at one season change means at some other time there is a hypo mania and vice versa , somewhere in there is one complete mood cycle .
I am not a Dr. nor do I play one on TV ,I do however read a lot . |
