I don't know about all of you, but I like the dark winter more than summer. Summer gets me more down seeing people out being happy. In winter I can sort of hide away inside like everyone else. I'm not going to get through this summer, I know that.

Thank you all for being there

I don't have a specific season that's difficult for me. I do have a month. February. I made it, hanging on by my finger tips. You could make it and if you need to stay "hidden away". Well, we'll be here on PC so you're not alone. I'll likely hide away, as well.

I also hate summer, I can feel the low feeling arrive in the last weeks of spring so you are not alone, these people who get seasonal depression during Winter confuse me, that is the best time of year imo

I love winter because I live somewhere where it's extremely hot, even in the winter there are hot days I'm not going to get through this summer and I have an abnormally high body temperature so I hate hot temperatures.

I'm not ready for sunmer, either, mainly because of the weather.

Hugs I'm not going to get through this summer

I feel exactly the same way. Some people think it's weird that I feel that way. I'm glad to find out that others feel just like I do.

Yes I like it when it gets dark fairly early in the evenings. I can light a candle while fixing dinner and look a the different color small light bulbs that I have on a fake tree. It's not the same now that the sun sets later. Also we've had a lot of much needed rain. It was really cool to experience real weather; because real weather does not happen very often where I am.

And now it's gotten a little bit warmer and it's a start of a pretty long yuck season. Lots of noise outside and crowds in the pool area.
Thanks for this!

I have more depression/anxiety during spring/summer as well. Do much better fall/winter. The heat/humidity keep me inside mostly while my neighbors are outside working in their yards. I used to be so productive and miss doing outside things. My mood starts dropping right after the time changes in the spring...like it's a signal. So you are not alone. It helps me to know I'm not the only one who goes through this. I hope you keep posting and do whatever you need to do to feel comfortable.

I feel especially bad because of my weight. Wearing shorts and sleeveless stuff is just awful. I live in a super hot climate so long sleeves and pants really stand out. In the winter my clothes hide my weight better.
I swear my meds make me so hungry. My doc says they don't but honest to god, I feel like I am starving a lot.
