I think my serotonin receptors got fried from taking antidepressants. Now the only endorphins I get are from hurting myself and making myself suffer. How can I repair my serotonin receptors? I am 38 now and I started taking them when I was 14.

Can I give you a hug? I can feel the struggle, burden and sadness beneath the text.
They can repair themselves overtime, but it can take some time.

I start practicing wellness by exercising, biking, improving my diet with the help of a dietitian, using the aid of Stabillium 200 (natural fish-based remedy for mostly stress) and St. John's Wort (a natural AD) and simply enjoying my time with myself.
I'm leaving this as optional inspiration.
