I'm in one of the darkest places I've ever been and I am at risk. Going to call my pdoc in about one hour to get across my severe depression with SI and hopefully not go IP. Any encouragement would be appreciated.

I hope it goes well talking to your pdoc. Just try your best to be honest so he/she is aware and can work out how best to treat you. Sorry you find yourself in this position. It's a horrible one

I'm sorry things aren't going well. Just try to think positive. Tell your pdoc. Be honest, even if you don't want to. Hang in there.

Sorry you're in such a dark place Jennifer. But you have recognised that and also that you may be at risk, and are reaching out for help and support. That takes tremendous strength and courage, for which you should be proud of yourself.

I am feeling better. My doctor prescribed Abilify and I took the first dose last night. I don't know if it's because I was so relieved to not have to go IP or because my body responds quickly to medication but I woke up feeling better with no usual grogginess so I don't need my stimulant right now.

Thank you everyone for your support yesterday. I appreciate you all so much. Hugs.
