I can feel the decline coming on. It's like being on a rollercoaster, watching as each car in front of me plummets down the biggest hill. Yet I can't move, can't brace myself or even scream. I can only watch. I can visualize in my mind what could happen. I picture my face slamming into the seat in front of me, practically feel my nose breaking, imagine blood spurting everywhere. Imaginary pain radiates through my skull, so real that my teeth ache, if only for a moment.

It hasn't happened yet, but it will. I've fallen so many times before, I can tell when it's coming. You don't have to watch a train wreck to know it's gonna happen...

I don't know whether that is more horrifying or terrifying for you but I feel much compassion. Can you contact your pdoc and maybe review meds to head this off at the pass? Thinking of you....

No pdoc yet. Only med I'm taking is a sleeping pill. Started referral process to see a new pdoc, but it'll probably be weeks before I hear anything. I'm supposed to be at my T appt right now, but she called in sick today. Par for the course, I think. Thanks tho.
