I am a bad daughter. I caused my family's dysfunction almost singlehandedly. There is a lot on my shoulders. I remember when my father threw a glass at me... or was it me? There was glass everywhere. He said it was all my fault and pushed me against the wall. I think I was the abuser... I'm sorry...

I highly doubt you were the abuser. What makes you think that?

Why do you think you are the reason your family is dysfunctional? Why do you think you're the abuser? Are you seeing things clearly? I'm sorry you're going through this. It might not be your fault at all. Best wishes,,,,hugs coming your way.

Children often blames themselves: Often, it is too painful to believe that parents are to blame.

Sometimes, it is the parents fault. Don't blame yourself.
