I don't trust them, doctors, "crisis lines" - uk

Why do they even, apparently, want us to stay "safe"

I don't think they give a crap

They don't give us a reason to trust them imo

Who would trust something or someone who keeps biting us?

I do use the text crisis lines although I asked this last time if they knew where I lived because I don't want anyone coming to my house and I was not pleased with their ambivalence. I don't think I'll use it again. Best wishes.

I don't know what crisis lines you've used. Samaritans can't trace you unless you give identifying information, such as address, phone number etc, and even then, you are still free to self determination... Even if you fall into a vulnerable group, they still have to advise you before they break confidence, if you are deemed 'at risk'.

I'm afraid to contact crisis lines...because of social anxiety and fear of rejection or something...
Sorry you've had bad experiences.
