I've been drinking and it didn't help so I decided to try a belt just to see how it would feel and I actually liked it so now I'm afraid.... I tried contacting my ex several times but no response... he was literally the only person I had to talk to. I feel stupid for even reaching out. Idk what to do anymore. I hate everything.

Thanks... It was a tough night. I felt really alone and lost. My therapist wants me to go on meds for anxiety relief and at first I denied it but now I think it might be best for me. I just don't want to get addicted.

But I am here. I just feel really stupid for everything that went down last night
