For anyone having an episode or a bad time, what's something that made your day just a little better? It doesn't matter how trivial or small it is. It could be something like you pooped in just 2 minutes, you made an attempt at your homework, someone laughed at something you said.

Excuse my vulgarity about pooping lmao. fr tho. Something that boosted my day was having an icecream cone from mickey ds

best of luck kind people

Having a good night of sleep.
The love of my girlfriend, her smile.
The city in which I live, London.
Petting a dog.
My mother saying 'I love you'.
Daydreaming about a better me, a better life, a better future.

These are the things that usually make me feel better... Sometimes for just 2 minutes, sometimes for a little longer.

I mentioned on the Daily Check In. I was able to have my coffee beans I brought at work grinded by a co worker. My coffee bean grinder at home this morning breathed it's last breath. What really brought me joy was that I thought that co worker was going to be completely absent at work today. He was my only hope for help.

I cleaned out, sorted, and culled the stuff in my storage closet. Now I can actually see the back. I hadn't realised I had hoarded so much.

My guy friends who usually avoid talking about my depression asking if I'm okay. It shows they still care.

my oldest daughter actually throwing a sarcastic reply back at me instead of just going along with what i told her. really showed me just how much she's matured in the last year.
