Hello everyone,

It's been a while since I've been on here, mostly because the treatments with my T and my meds have been working pretty well. That being said, there are a lot of posts on this forum about dealing with negative thoughts or of fears of slipping back into depression after seemingly beating it, and I just wanted to let everyone know that there will be hard days, but you can overcome them! I'm having a low day right now, but I know that it is only temporary, and I will get better; and for those of you who haven't felt like you've beaten depression, and are deep in the thick of it, I just want to let you know that it does end! No matter how bleak it looks, it will end.

Stay safe everyone.

Hang in there! One thing I've been doing lately is telling myself that I may have a low mood, but it doesn't have to affect anything outside me, in reality.
