What do you do....
When you can't be around people for more than a half an hour, yet there is no escape and you start to cry
What do you do when you can't even figure out the right way to put a key to open a door
What do you do when you dont know how to do anything but eat and sleep
When there is no good time to kill yourself,
What do you do when you're in a foreign country and can't talk to your psychiatrist, and you know you need a change in your Meds
What do you do when no matter what he may say, you know you are not good for your husband.

This may require immediate attention.

In some places, medical facilities and organizations have a "patient advocate" who is supposed to be able to help people get what they need when the bureaucracy is too big and confusing. Might someone like that be available to you?

I'm sorry you're having such a tough time and in a foreign country as well. I agree with Rohag...this requires immediate attention. Please be safe and take care of you. Sending big hugs.

Thank you, all. I made it through a few really rough days. Not suicidal anymore, just overwhelmed and looking forward to going home in a couple of days and seeing my cat, who I hear has been watching dr. Phil.

I'm glad you're coming back in a couple of days.. hang on a little longer.

And hey, this proves that you are a strong person.. so it's not true that you can't do anything.
Thanks for this!
